Bruce and William Friedle Large Brutalist Metal Wall Sculpture, Signed, 1970s

A large 1970s Brutalist metal wall sculpture by Bruce and William Friedle, signed. Abstract, torch cut, perforated brass and copper leaf-like sheet metal elements with varying patinas and blackened details are loosely arranged in overlapping layers, giving the work a wind-blown appearance and dynamic depth. Appears engagingly different from every angle, while casting interesting shadows on the wall. Label with Friedle’s signature is on outside edge of furthermost left-hand piece. Dimensions: Height: 29 in Width: 38.5 in Depth: 5 in Condition: GoodWear consistent with age and use. In very good vintage condition. Has varying levels of intentional patina throughout, with some elements displaying what appears to be intentional light surface wear and bends/wrinkles as well, but no hard creases.
