A very handsome and spacious circa 1970 Danish modern teak wall unit by Ib Kofod-Larsen for Faarup Møbelfabrik, comprised of an upper display cabinet with glass doors and adjustable shelves sitting atop a lower cabinet with drawers.

Features the clean lines and timeless design for which Kofod-Larsen (b. 1921–2003) is renowned, with nicely figured and bookmatched teak throughout.

Set-back upper cabinet with a pair of two-pane glass doors with beveled teak frames and black anodized aluminum pulls. Inside are five adjustable shelves, as well as a series of holes along the bottom for LP dividers which are not included.

Lower cabinet with a pair of expansive drawers with black anodized aluminum pulls. Top drawer is divided into three sections. On a recessed and elevated base.

Backs of upper and lower cabinets are fully finished and retain their foil labels. Cabinets aren’t attached to each other, but do have pre-drilled holes on the back should one wish to do so.

Condition: Good
Wear consistent with age and use. In very good vintage condition. Upper cabinet: a couple tiny filled chips on top left/bottom right edges; different tones along shelf edges from exposure to light. Lower cabinet: a couple faint moisture rings; some light scratches from upper cabinet.
