A very large 1970s acrylic on canvas framed painting of a sailboat breaking the waves, signed “Taylor”.

Bright, sunny scene dominated by a towering, fully billowed spinnaker with eye-catching baby blue, white, navy, and red stripes. Low, choppy whitecaps further convey a sense of a breezy day perfect for open water sailing.

Signed “Taylor” at lower right. Original wood frame with mahogany color finish.

H 36.88 in. x W 36.88 in. x D 1.5 in. Art in great vintage condition, with only a few very tiny and faint spots. Frame sturdy and true, with a number of mostly small nicks, dings, and marks, as well as some light scuffs.
