A circa 1970 Robert Sonneman Orbiter chrome swing-arm floor lamp with black base. Iconic minimalist mid-century modern design with maximal positionable flexibility, making it a perfect choice to accompany practically any style of seating, from vintage to contemporary. Features a positionable chrome globe shade on a swing-arm counter-balanced by solid metal handle with a black orange peel-texture baked-on enamel finish. The swing-arm pivots on an elegantly arced element that can be rotated independently of the equally slender stem. Stands on a round base with a finish that matches the handle.
